The Nos could not Stop Paul Lamar Hunter

Life

Interviewer: Paul, you recently launched Paul Lamar Hunter LLC. Can you tell us what this business is all about?

Paul Lamar Hunter: Absolutely. Paul Lamar Hunter LLC is more than just a company it’s a platform for growth and empowerment. We operate across several industries including podcast entertainment, real estate, rental and leasing services, sports and athletic entertainment, book consulting, selling goods and services, and even offering resources for families navigating child support and family court challenges.

But beyond business, what truly excites me is how this work gives back to the community. Through the company, we are creating job opportunities, mentoring young people, and opening doors for families who often feel overlooked. It’s not just about business it’s about making an impact.

Interviewer: That sounds inspiring. I hear your family is also part of this new chapter?

Paul: Yes. My granddaughter, Khloe Grace Martin, will join me as a co-host on the podcast side of the business. Having her by my side means a lot because it connects legacy with the future. It shows the next generation that success is possible when you dream big and work hard.

Interviewer: You were born in Racine, Wisconsin, as the 19th of 21 children. How did your early life shape who you are today?

Paul: Growing up was very difficult. We lived in poverty and faced neglect. After losing my father and one of my brothers, my mother put her energy into running a homeless shelter she founded. That shelter served the community for more than 45 years, and I believe that spirit of service is part of why I do what I do today.

Interviewer: What helped you overcome those challenges and move forward?

Paul: Faith and determination. I always believed my life could be different. Earning my degree in Business Administration at Upper Iowa University gave me confidence and a foundation for success.

Interviewer: You also wrote your autobiography, No Love, No Charity: The Success of the 19th Child. What message were you hoping to share?

Paul: My story proves that where you start doesn’t determine where you end up. The book tells the truth about my struggles but also celebrates the victories. My hope is that readers see the power of faith, courage, and perseverance.

Interviewer: Your story has reached national platforms. Where has your work been featured?

Paul: I’ve been featured in US Reporter, NY Weekly, LA Wire, CEO Weekly, Ebony magazine, Black Enterprise, SA Express News, Radar Online, and many others. I’ve also appeared on TV shows like Face The Truth, Living 808, Good Things Utah, The Morning Blend, Fox & Friends, and more. Each opportunity gave me a chance to encourage people to keep believing in themselves.

Interviewer: We understand there’s also a film project in the works?

Paul: Yes! The Hunter family life story is scheduled for the big screen around 2028 or 2029. I will serve as an executive producer, making sure the film captures the reality of our struggles, resilience, and survival.

Interviewer: Looking ahead, what do you hope people will take away from your new work with Paul Lamar Hunter LLC?

Paul: I want people to know that your past doesn’t define your future. With my granddaughter co-hosting the podcast, we will bring conversations that blend wisdom and youthful energy. It’s about legacy, community, and hope.

Interviewer: Finally, how can people reach you if they want to connect?

Paul: I am available for speaking engagements, book signings, and community talks. You can reach me at Paul@paullamarhunter.com or visit www.paullamarhunter.com. My autobiography is available on Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and iTunes. And of course, keep an eye out for the launch of the podcast under Paul Lamar Hunter LLC.
