Ibyo RPF Inkotanyi izageza ku baturage mu myaka 5 mu bukungu

Umuryango FPR-Inkotanyi watangaje ko uzakomeza gushyira imbaraga mu kwihutisha iterambere ry’ubukungu mu Rwanda mu myaka itanu iri imbere, hagamijwe iterambere rirambye rishingiye ku ishoramari, ubumenyi, umutungo kamere, n’ikoranabuhanga rigezweho.

Inkingi z’Iterambere:

  1. Ubuhinzi n’Ubworozi:
    • Kuvugurura ubuhinzi n’ubworozi hagamijwe kongera umusaruro no kwihaza mu biribwa.
    • Kongera agaciro n’ubwiza bw’ibikomoka ku buhinzi n’ubworozi.
    • Gushyira imbaraga mu guteza imbere ubuhinzi bw’indobanure n’iterambere ry’imbuto n’imboga.
  2. Inganda n’Imirimo:
    • Guteza imbere inganda nshya, ubucuruzi, no guhanga imirimo mishya cyane cyane ku bagore n’urubyiruko.
    • Gushyigikira inganda zitunganya ibikomoka ku buhinzi n’ubworozi, inganda zikora imiti n’inkingo, n’inganda z’ubwubatsi.
  3. Ubwikorezi n’Ibikorwa Remezo:
    • Kunoza imikorere y’ubwikorezi bwo ku butaka, mu mazi no mu kirere.
    • Kubaka no kuvugurura imihanda, ibiraro, ndetse n’ibibuga by’indege.
    • Guteza imbere ubwikorezi butangiza ibidukikije.
  4. Ibidukikije n’Umutungo Kamere:
    • Kubungabunga ibidukikije n’imicungire y’amashyamba mu buryo burambye.
    • Gushyira imbaraga mu gukoresha neza ubutaka no gukumira ibibazo by’imyuzure.
    • Gukomeza ubushakashatsi ku mabuye y’agaciro no kongera ubushobozi mu kuyatunganya.
  5. Imijyi n’Icyaro:
    • Guteza imbere imijyi n’icyaro hagamijwe imibereho myiza y’Abanyarwanda.
    • Kubaka ibikorwa remezo bifasha mu miturire myiza n’iterambere ry’icyaro.
  6. Ishoramari n’Ikoranabuhanga:
    • Guteza imbere urwego rw’imari n’ikoranabuhanga hagamijwe iterambere ry’ubukungu bushingiye kuri serivisi n’ubumenyi.
    • Kunoza serivisi z’imari hakoreshejwe ikoranabuhanga, kongera ikoranabuhanga mu bikorwa byose by’ubuzima bw’igihugu.
  7. Ubukerarugendo:
    • Gukomeza kureshya ba mukerarugendo no kwakira inama mpuzamahanga.
    • Guteza imbere ingoro ndangamurage n’ahantu nyaburanga.

Ibyagezweho mu myaka ishize (2017-2024):

  1. Imirimo:
    • Hahanzwe imirimo 1,200,000 nubwo icyorezo cya COVID-19 cyabaye ingorabahizi.
    • Abanyeshuri biga imyuga n’ubumenyingiro bagize uruhare runini mu iterambere ry’igihugu.
  2. Amashanyarazi n’Amazi:
    • Amashanyarazi yagejejwe ku miryango 2,629,673.
    • Ingano y’amazi ku munsi yikubye kabiri iva kuri meterokibe 182,120 igera kuri 329,652.
  3. Ubwikorezi:
    • Hubatswe imihanda ya kaburimbo ihuza uturere dutandukanye ifite km 1,639.
    • Kugura imodoka 200 zo gutwara abagenzi mu mijyi n’ibindi bikorwa byo kunoza serivisi zo gutwara abantu n’ibintu.
  4. Ubuhinzi n’Ubworozi:
    • Ubuhunikiro n’imashini zumisha umusaruro byiyongereye.
    • Ubuso buhingwa n’imashini n’ubuhingiro bwuhirwa byarazamutse cyane.
  5. Ishoramari:
    • Gukomeza korohereza abikorera kohereza ibicuruzwa mu mahanga.
    • Guteza imbere ibikorwa remezo by’ishoramari n’ubucuruzi bwambukiranya imipaka.
  6. Ikoranabuhanga:
    • Ijanisha ry’Abanyarwanda bagerwaho na serivisi z’imari ryazamutse rigera kuri 93%.
    • Agaciro k’amafaranga yishyuwe hakoreshejwe terefoni zigendanwa karazamutse cyane.
  7. Kurengera Ibidukikije:
    • Gukomeza ibikorwa byo kubungabunga ibidukikije, harimo n’imishinga minini y’amayaga n’igicumbi.
