Dr Celestin Mutuyimana usanzwe ari umuganga uvura indwara zo mu mutwe cyane cyane izibasira imitekerereze n’amarangamutima akaba n’umwarimu muri Kaminuza ya Zurich mu Busuwisi, yavumbuye indwara nshya yibasira abari mu rushako rutameze neza cyane cyane ab’igitsina gore.

Mu kiganiro yagiranye na IGIHE, Dr Mutuyimana yavuze ko yatangiye kubona ibimenyetso by’iyi ndwara nshya, ubwo yakiraga abantu ariko akajya abona indwara bafite atari agahinda gakabije cyangwa ihungabana.
Ati “Naje kubona ko hari ibimenyetso byihariye muri izo ndwara zirimo nk’agahinda gakabije, ihungabana ry’igikatu cyangwa irishingiye ku mateka y’igihe kirekire. Umurwayi wa mbere nakiriye yarokotse Jenoside yakorewe Abatutsi mu 1994 aza afite ibyo bimenyetso. Yifuzaga kujya kwivuriza muri Kenya. Yari afite ijosi rimurya cyane, akaribwa no mu bitugu, gusa no gusinzira bikaba ikibazo.”
Yakomeje avuga ko “naramubwiye nti abantu bahuye n’ihungabana nk’iryo bagira ibimenyetso nk’ibyo. Uyu muganga yahise akomeza ubushakashatsi bwe, abukorera ku bantu bo mu Rwanda n’abo muri Tanzania. Yasanze hari umubare munini w’abafite iyi ndwara.
Dr Mutuyimana yavuze ko mu bushakashatsi yakoze yasanze ‘Relationship Disappointment Stress Syndrome’ iterwa n’impamvu zishingiye cyane ku muco wo kwerekana ko ibintu mu rushako biba bimeze neza gusa.
Ati “Impamvu nabonye zikomeye ni umuco wacu. Utubwira ko niba uremerewe, numara gushaka umugabo bizaba biryoshye. Ariko burya bishobora guhabana n’ukuri wagera mu rugo ukabona ibintu bibi, kwiyakira bikanga.”
“Uzasanga wenda warabaye impfubyi, ariko wizeye ko ako gahinda uzagakizwa n’urugo. Umugore n’umugabo rero bahurira mu rugo bose bafite ibyo bibazo by’ahahise. Maze umugore yamara gushaka akicara agategereza ko bamuterura n’umugabo akicara mu ntebe ategereje ko bamukuramo inkweto, rwabura gica, ubwo burwayi bukabageraho.”
Yakomeje ko iyo umuntu atabonye ibyiza yari yiteze mu rushaka, akananirwa kwiyakira, agira ubu burwayi bumutera kubaho yirenganya anicuza ku bitaragenze neze mu mibanire n’uwo bashakanye.
Dr Mutuyimana yavuze ko ibimenyetso by’indwara bitagarukira mu marangamutima gusa, ahubwo bigera no ku mubiri inyuma, umuntu agatangira kubabara ijosi n’umugongo.
Ati “Ni ibimenyetso bijyana n’umubiri. Ababara ibitugu n’ijosi. Hari abantu benshi bari gukoresha MRI y’ibitugu n’ijosi ariko nta kintu babona bitewe n’uko gutenguhwa. Hari abagira igifu, kubabara mu mbavu, umugongo n’umutwe bidashira ariko nta kibazo cy’imyakura bafite.”
yakomeje avuga ko “Iyo uganiriye nawe aba afite ikibazo mu mibanire n’abandi. Atangira kutizera umuntu n’umwe ku bwo kuba yarahemukiwe n’uwo yizeraga. Ati “Ingaruka ya mbere ikomeye nabonye ni umusaruro. Kuko yaba mu kazi akora nabi. Icya kabiri ni umushiha. Nk’iyo afite abana abatura umujinya atabizi, arabakubita, ababwira nabi, ariko ntazi ikiba kimukoresha. Icya gatatu umubano w’umuryango urasenyuka.”
“Ibi bifitanye isano no kuba ingo z’ubu zisenyuka zitarakomera. Uko uburwayi bukomeza gukura, ahora kwa muganga, kuko aba adasobanukiwe n’ikibazo afite, atazi no kukivuga. Ikindi ni ukwiheza mu bandi ukumva nta gaciro, ukumva ntawe ushaka kuvugana nawe.”
